Professional Development

Our Professional Development services are designed to help individuals and organizations develop a deeper understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion in order to promote belonging and justice on campus. We collaborate to build the skills needed to create more equitable and inclusive environments. We offer a range of training options, from one-time workshops to ongoing coaching and support, all tailored to meet your specific needs.

Our experienced trainers use a variety of approaches to engage participants, including interactive activities, group discussions, and case studies, book studies and more to help individuals and teams explore their biases and assumptions, and develop a more inclusive mindset. We cover a range of topics, such as implicit bias, microaggressions, cultural competency, and allyship, to help individuals and organizations build the skills and knowledge needed to create more inclusive environments.

We work with individuals and organizations at any stage of their Equity journey, from those just beginning to explore these issues to those seeking to deepen their existing knowledge and skills. Our approach is grounded in the latest research and best practices in the field, and we are committed to creating a safe and supportive learning environment that encourages growth and reflection.

Our team has extensive experience in the DEI field and can provide insight and guidance on best practices for policies and procedures that prioritize equity.

This service is ideal for schools and organizations that want to ensure that their policies and procedures align with their DEI goals and values. We understand that policy can have a significant impact on the experiences of students, employees, and community members, and we are committed to helping you create policies that are mission aligned while still deeply focused on promoting equity and inclusion.
